Re-Roofing is a large investment and a big decision. We offer a consultative service and will talk you through all the options, prices, warranties & aesthetics to help you decide what roofing best suits your property overall.

Repairs and maintenance can often be throwing good money down the drain (or downpipe in this case). Re-Roofing gives you the assurance of a 30 year perforation (structural) warranty, 18 years on the paint and galvanisation and between 5-10 years on the workmanship from a qualified roofer.

Timeframes for Re-Roofing vary job to job and can range between 1 week to 6 weeks depending on size and complexity; job progress is also weather dependent. The roof will be replaced in sections ensuring that waterproofing is maintained at the end of each day's work. While there may be some disruption to the occupants (noise during the day, roofing materials on site, some rubbish to clear away) you do not need to vacate the property during Re-Roofing and once the job is finished everything will be left clean and tidy for you.

Roofbuddy has partners for asbestos removal and disposal that will work alongside Re-Roofing companies. If we suspect your roof may contain Asbestos we will organise a sample to be taken and return a report confirming if Asbestos is present in the roofing material. If this test returns positive we will open up your specifications to our Asbestos removal marketplace and coordinate the removal of the roofing by a certified removal company alongside the Re-Roofing.
