Re-Roofing can be done in all sorts of different materials and Roofbuddy offers every type of roofing material through our diverse network of roofers nationwide. We offer a consultative service and will talk you through all the options, prices, warranties & aesthetics to help you decide what roofing best suits your property overall.

Timeframes for Re-Roofing vary job to job and can range between 1 week to 6 weeks depending on size and complexity; job progress is also weather dependent. The roof will be replaced in sections ensuring that waterproofing is maintained at the end of each day’s work. While there may be some disruption to the occupants (noise during the day, roofing materials on site, some rubbish to clear away) you do not need to vacate the property during Re-Roofing and once the job is finished everything will be left clean and tidy for you.
We use our proprietary roofing report and specification generator to ensure that every Roofbuddy quote is fully inclusive of everything you need to Re-Roof including extras like scaffolding, spouting and carpentry if required. Insurance companies need to be notified of Re-Roofing works being undertaken, the schedule and time frame. A 'contract works policy' may need to be put in place for the duration of the roofing works if required by your insurer. Roofbuddy has partners for asbestos removal and disposal that will work alongside Re-Roofing companies. If we suspect your roof may contain Asbestos we will organise a sample to be taken and return a report confirming if Asbestos is present in the roofing material. If this test returns positive we will open up your specifications to our Asbestos removal network and coordinate the removal of the roofing by a certified removal company alongside the Re-Roofing.
