Roofbuddy "Roof Shout" Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The Roofbuddy "Roof Shout" Referral is open to individuals who are residents of New Zealand and are 18 years or older at the time of referral.

Roofbuddy employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

How to Participate

To participate, visit https://roofbuddy.co.nz/roofshout and fill out the referral form with the details of the person you are referring.

The referral must result in a successful roof purchase through Roofbuddy to qualify for the Roof Shout incentive.

A "successful roof purchase" is defined as a signed contract and full payment received by Roofbuddy for a roof installation or replacement.

Referral Prize

If your referral successfully leads to a roof purchase, you will receive a Roof Shout package valued at $1500 for that roof.

The Roof Shout package may include but is not limited to, food, drinks, or other event-related items delivered to the referrer.

The exact contents and delivery of the Roof Shout are at the discretion of Roofbuddy and may vary based on location and availability.

Referral Limitations

You may refer multiple people, but each referral must be for a new customer.

You will only be eligible for one Roof Shout per successful referral, regardless of the size or cost of the roof purchase.

Disqualification

Roofbuddy reserves the right to disqualify any referral it deems ineligible, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals or misuse of the Program.

Modifications and Termination

Roofbuddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect referrals already submitted and confirmed as successful before the change.

Privacy

By participating in the Program, you agree that Roofbuddy may collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will only be used to administer this referral program.

General Conditions

The Roof Shout referral program is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
